Open Air Service is cartered for an event in the community for a couple of hours.
Open Air Service comes with a 24 Channel Digital Mixer, two 3-way speakers and 2 single subwoofers. You can add microphones, monitor speakers as add-ons. We required the following item:
- 110-120 voltage at the venue
- Security Personnel from setup time
- List of Instruments being played for program
- All Musicians present on sound check day (suitable date given by us)
- Special Music Tracks two days prior to program
- Special Parking for Tech Team
- Access to Venue on Setup Day and Subsequent Days
- Schedule Given in advance for practise days and dress rehersals
We do not setup during the sabbath hours (exception for open air programs). If event begins on Friday evening or Saturday, setup will be on the Wednesday or Thursday prior. Day of setup and subsequent days leading up to the event is not calculated as part of the cost. So only enter the begining of the event date in the booking.
Adequate security will be required from the time of setup until the picking up/return of equipment. Please read our terms and conditions.
